If I could give this bank negative reviews I would. Been with them 6 years but recently the bank got new ownership and since then everything to do with this bank has been horrific. Take my advice and bank though someone else until.

If I could give a negative star I would. Sometimes the website is down, right now Business Bill Pay is not working so I can't pay some important bills. The security of this bank makes me nervous so I transfer money out to my trading account and leave only enough to run my business. Someday when I have time, I will change banks.

Try going to pi.bank and then select the old bank af logo. That's what worked for me...
