Arrived here after long trip from NY with kids and only staying 1 night because it is too late to go anywhere else. Looks nice from the outside but when you walk in you're hit with a horrible musty smell and possibly the smell of gas? Very old and outdated. Peeling dingy walls and won't even use the kitchen....very disappointed. NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE.

this is my first time ever writing a review and let me say that the level of disappointment only increases the more I deal with the staff at the hotel. I have stayed in this hotel for multiple years and the hotel has definitely fallen in quality, most rooms have broken walls, broken light fixtures, lifted floors, glue coming out of the wooden floors, and other defects including issues with the a.c. the breakfast at the lobby is thawed and frozen constantly, I left a bagel in our kitchen for 24 hours in its original plastic by the next day it had mold. the customer service from one of the staff members believe her name is Mari and the manager who she said was her husband Michael Lee is just horrendous. Mari is extremely rude, unbearable to even hold a conversation with. on the other hand Michael could not help with an error caused on their end. instead he kept pretending that he had fixed the issue. at check out the wrong card was charged - this was July 17th, the employee told us she could not fix the issue, on the 18th Michael sent us a fake receipt advising everything was fixed. we waited about a week before calling again, it is now august 4th and they have yet to fix the problem or contact us again. at this point we will no longer continue to deal with them, or stay in this hotel.

The location of this property is amazing. The rooms were in dispair and dated in desperate need of remodel. They are falling apart. This place has huge potential. There was an ant issue in our bathroom. Staff isn't very friendly but I didn't need to reach out just seen them around the property. I also booked on Expedia for far less than the rate I was charged upon my arrival. I found out about the higher rates upon my arrival so at that point its too late.
