I purchased a refrigerator on April 8, 2021 and I was told that I have a 3 month warranty and if anything was to happen to it they would come out and repair it. Well 2 months after having my refrigerator it started leaking water out of it, I’ve called the appliance store multiple times and they NEVER answer, I’ve gone in the store twice and all they do is ask for your name number and address and tell you someone will be out but they NEVER call or come out. They are unprofessional, I spent $225 for this used refrigerator with a 3 month warranty and they have yet to service me. I feel like they are trying to wait until my warranty expires so they don’t have to repair anything. I have 14 days left until my warranty expires, we’ll see what happens. I would never purchase another item from them again. 9/16/2021 Update: they finally came out to fix my refrigerator a week after my warranty expired (free of charge). It stopped leaking for a little while before the leakage started again. I tried contacting them but no response because they never answer the phone. Here it is five months after my purchase (Sept. 2021) and I’m still having the same problem with no help. I guess I’ll have to go to a real appliance store and purchase a refrigerator that works and is worth my money.

Bought a refrigerator from them and it doesn’t get cold. They sent a guy out twice to repair it. The first time he cleaned the fan, which worked temporarily. The second time he came out he so called replaced the computer. Well that no longer worked either. Eventually after two months of spoiling food, the owner agreed to replace it. They brought the same refrigerator to us on a Saturday, and not to my surprise this refrigerator has not gotten COLD yet. The freezer works, but the refrigerator is mildly cool. Spoke to the owner on Saturday and he says the refrigerator takes a little while.. well I let it sit unbothered for 7 hours and NOTHING. Well it is now 3 days later and a bottle of water that I left in there since Saturday feels like room temperature water. I called and of course no answer.
