Everything works. The staff is attentive and helps, but you can make do with your clothes and with the machines that are simpler and more efficient than the domestic ones. You only have to take your dirty clothes because there you buy soap and fabric softener in small portions. If you are going to use it several times it is better to buy soap and etc at the supermarket. In 45 minutes I returned to the hotel with two bags of clean clothes.

Well, it seems to me that if they told you that they would pay for the dress, at least you will recover your money, of course that will not return the dress but at least they are responding to you. In my case I have no complaints about the service, although I only use the washers and dryers, but the staff is friendly
I recently moved to Miami and I have been using their pick up and delivery services due to my work hours. I have no complaints, I like how they wash my clothes and how it smells. :)
