Polite, professional, knowledgeable young man found the problem, and explained the needed fix. The first weekend appointment was rescheduled, but communication, and the reschedule, was done in the time frame I was given. I had no issues with this service call scheduled thru my home warranty company. Travis did well.

AWFUL!! Unprofessional! I had an appointment today from 1pm-5pm, and at 5pm they called to cancel my appointment. THEN said they can't come out for another week. Beyond annoyed and frustrated at the lack of communication/professionalism with this company.
