Went through the drive thru on a Saturday around 6pm. Haven’t been to a Sonic in probably 8 years. One person was ahead of us in the drive thru. The wait time to order food for them and us was ridiculous. We only ordered a large slushy. When we got to the food window, the girl opened the window and said Hi. My husband handed her a $5 bill not even knowing how much is was…we were never told how much it was at the order sign or the pick up window. She walked away for several minutes and we were clueless as to what she was doing. When she finally came back, she gave us the change. She couldn’t handle the dollar bill or loose change correctly because her nails were so long. She crumpled up the dollar bill into a wad and threw it and the change into the napkins and handed them to my husband. Very bad customer service. This is why I basically only go to CFA.

The drive thru staff were very friendly and patient. Food was hot and delicious. Service was a little slow.

I decided to add a meal to my purchase of the 10lb bag of ice. I'll only buy ice from now on. If I didn't have onions on my cheese burger, the sandwich wouldn't have any taste at all. The fries were soggy and heavy.

Well prepared food served quick at a reasonable price. YMMV depending on the day. Pro Tip: Stay away from the fries. Don't know what it is but they always taste like cardboard. Tater tots are generally hot and crispy.
