We went to Mathews this weekend with our 4 year old and met our friends who also has a 4 year old. It was early when we got there and quiet so we picked a table out of the way with room for the kids to explore. So many times we’ve gone to businesses and we feel ‘tolerated’ with our kids but that was not the feeling at Mathews. The employees were so kind to our kids and to us. Lollipops and bubbles were handed out (which made their day). It was such a pleasure to hang out there and we felt like families were really welcome. Thank you for making it so comfortable.

Was looking for a good local craft beer brewery after my local favorite Due South closed its doors and decided to check out Matthews. Wasn’t disappointed. Great venue with large choice of interesting beers. My server was extremely knowledgeable about all of their offerings. Fact that it is dog friendly a real plus. A real welcoming place with friendly beer lovers. Didn’t get to try food truck or listen to music on my visit but will definitely return.
