Let's talk about nurse Kelly! She was epic and knowledgeable and all around kind. The service here was quick and effective. Came with a problem, left with a solution. It reminds you of small town intimate care. The ONLY reason my review isn't 5 stars is because the facility needs a major face lift to match their top tier care.

Today I went to the laboratory, around 8:30 am but first I had to register and a very, very attentive lady attended me with great kindness, she was very attentive, after I filled out my data there in registration, she helped me get to the laboratory at first floor. Excellent attention. The bad thing I did was not pay attention to her name, because she deserves a 100 out of 100. People like her are the ones who motivate me to return to the place. MY APPRECIATION GOES OUT TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL.. FROM THE TIME I ENTERED THE EMERGENCY ROOM STAFF WAS VERY CARING AND ATTENTIVE.. I WAS ADMITTED TO THE 3RD FLOOR FOR A WEEK.. TRULY EVERY SHIFT TOOK SUCH CARE OF ME.. THE DOCTORS.. NURSES AND SPECIALIST MADE MY SITUATION AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE.. WAS ON A LIQUID DIET FOR A FEW DAYS AND I MUST SAY THE KITCHEN STAFF IS ON POINT.. EVEN THE PUREE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.. SPECIAL THANKS TO MS. BETTY.. THEY ALSO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL CHAPEL..THANK YOU ST. FRANCIS FROM MY MOUTH TO GOD'S EAR'S I THANK EVERYONE..

Hi, thank you for reaching out. If you use valet entrance, you can get to Dr. Kososky's office from there but it is a bit of a walk. Should a wheelchair be needed, we have them right at the entrance. The valet parking is on the chambera street entrance. Once yr off of 195 take the rt 29 exit and then turn left on the Chambers street
Oh Thank God. I'm petrified of parking garages. Where do you go for valet. Or do you have handicapped parking. Where is the hospital on Hamilton Ave?
