This place should not be considered a mental health institution the staff is incredibly rude and I say that with confidence because my mothers insurance company who this place is supposed to accept called to explain that Omni is in their list on covered places and the Omni employee was was not receptive at all and incredibly rude to the insurance representative who called us back and said she has never been treated like this by any institution who is supposed To be on a professional level and she has been doing this for 12 years she also told me she’s going to file a formal complaint to have them removed based on her experience this is truly a shame because my mother really required mental help And I hope this review reaches the right people to make the right changes but I won’t hold my breath you guys need to retrain your staff and know what is covered and what isn’t.

Despite my insurance giving me their information, I called and the do NOT diagnosis behavioral/psychiatric disorders, despite the OMNI website under "outpatient" stating they do psychiatric and psychological evaluations. I even asked the receptionist if she knew of anyone who does, and what I received for an answer was "I don't know the area." I wouldn't waste your time.

worst communication skills. haven’t got my medication in a week, and still waiting because none of them want to do their job. if you have an emergency don’t bother calling you’ll be treated with no urgency and they will hang up on you.
