We ordered on the app. The service and staff were great. We tried the Edge pizza. We were very disappointed. Should have stayed with what we love. Lesson learned.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms. It came with tons of mushrooms and 6 pepperoni on the whole thing. Delivery guy was rude and pizza was cold even tho it only took 30 min to get it. This place is horrible!!!

I have to greatly compliment Pizza Hut for their excellent customer service at the 4701 Plank Road and 5305 Jefferson Davis Highway Fredericksburg VA locations. I screwed up on an online delivery order. I ordered from the wrong location because I didn't properly pay attention while ordering. I didn't even realize what I did until after sitting at home a long while and not getting my pizza delivery. I called the correct location, and being unable to locate me on their queue, they explained to me my error. They helped me figure out what to do after I apologized to them for my totally mixing things up. The manager was very friendly. The manager at the incorrect location was also gracious and promptly refunded my money. I reordered at the correct location afterwards. They even gave me free wings--even though I admittedly messed the order up! Outstanding Customer Service! I will order from them again and again! No one Out Pizzas the Hut--FOR REAL.

Crazy Chick

Don't go to this pizza hut. First, their pan pizza is not like any pan pizza I've gotten from any other pizza hut. Second, half the pizza is missing cheese.
