Horrible! They only put one shoe in each box, basically calling everyone a thief. But they will leave the front of the store completely unattended while the cashier fetches the other shoe in the back room. Took almost 10 minutes for her to come back, not another employee to ve found while the line forms. What are you dating about your customers when you create this experience for each one?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
