Absolutely the worst customer service. 3 employees sitting at desks and not one of them could be bothered to get up and actually assist a customer. I was rudely given a paper when asking about insurance and how to file a claim. Nothing was explained and when I proceeded to ask them if they could tell me what my deductible would be on the broken phone I was not given an answer. None of the employees could be bothered to take a look at my account and give me actinformation. This store was pathetic in their ability to help a customer through athis situation.

Forget any other Verizon store. These guys know their stuff and they aren't a bunch of empty company suits. They are real people that won't waste your time. I always use this branch for all my personal and business questions or problems and so should you.

Doug and Matt went out of their way with internet detective work to find me when I lost my iPhone and someone turned it in to the store. I was incredibly grateful! They seem very knowledgeable, considerate, and responsive.
