Absolutely poor customer service. They answer the phone like they hate their life and don’t listen. Company has address written way different than the ‘legal’ address to start service making it extremely frustrating and confusing for everyone. This is why people just go online and do things anymore without human interaction because not many care about helping or kindness anymore

**If you’re ever going through a hard time don’t share it with them, because they don’t care. They don’t have empathy or anyone and never have options to help you** I just got shut off even though my arrangement is to pay my full bill this Thursday. I over drafted my account to pay my bill and asked them to have the tech come out and turn it on because I have a infant and a toddler and it’s cold, they told me I could pay $100 for their after hours crew to turn it back on or go stay with family. Not offering to call or get a hold of a tech to help me out. Not even a supervisor had any authority to do anything about it, thanks for being unhelpful and letting us freeze today.

If you do it yourself follow the instructions that come with the connector hose and if there is no shut off valve where the cap is installed while you have the gas off to the home. Also use soapy water to check for leaks on any fitting installed or loosened and re installed (it will make small bubbles if it leaks)
Dominion Energy Utah was formerly Questar Gas. Before that it was known as Mountain Fuel. The company had a few other names in the early 1900s.

Yes. I believe that currently only Nest and Ecobee qualify for the rebates. Check both Dominion's and Rocky Mountain Power rebate pages for specific details. But I got $100 back from Dominion and $50 for Rocky Mountain.
