The food is very good at a reasonable price. We got BBQ sandwiches and they were solid. The bathrooms aren't the best but they are functional. We stopped here for lunch on a road trip off I-95 in VA. Lots of pig decorations. We are happy customers.

Lovely food, very small town bbq joint type atmosphere. Everything was prepared fresh and tasted great, especially the chicken and cherry milkshake. We also had a massive order (over $100) and everything still turned out great! Five stars for sure, if you are in the area looking for local bbq or stopping off the highway, check this place out!

The food for the price is phenomenal. Pro tip, if you're going to get a barbecue sandwich, might as well get the barbecue plate. The drinks are huge, the sweet tea is sweet. The bathrooms, while there and are very nice that they provided them, are a little scary. Go enjoy some tasty cole slaw and the potato salad is very very good. Enjoy!

Glad we stopped and at the same time probably not the best time... the food is tasty, but they are not quick... we ordered two plates, one fried catfish and one white chicken plate... it took 34 minutes to get our food (we were waiting in the car, the clock was staring at me). The place wasn't crazy busy (4 people including us for the 40 total minutes we were there) or anything, just, they're doing it all old school and without much pep. Now, that being said, the meats were SUPER freshly cooked (I know frying a chicken breast takes time), the chicken and fish crispy and HOT! The sides of mac&cheese, not so much. But everything was very tasty. Just make sure you go when you are in NO hurry. Had I noticed this fact in the reviews, I probably would've come on a different, warmer day we didn't still have quite a drive ahead of us. Worth the stop indeed, and we will come again.
