Just went in to buy a net to get Hurricane debris out of our pool. Would not sell us the lower cost net. Said they needed to sell the top of the line first, the most expensive ones Because of inventory. They had the lower cost ones on the shelf. But refused to sell us one. I will never go back. That is a form gouging as far as I’m concerned. Inventory, that was the most idiotic thing I have heard someone say. Take those affordable ones off the wall if you are not going to sell them.

Purchased a pool heater from them. After 8 months it stopped working, dead. Talk to them, it's not us but we will let manufacturer know and they will call you. Manufacturer did and repaired, makes more noise than before! Know 1yr latet temp is 5 degrees high, as in spa set 104 is 109.7 (confirmef via digital thermostat) but reads 104 on heater. Stopped in today and mentioned this problem. Not us. YOU NEED TO CALL. what's the point of purchasing anything from this place if you are stuck doing all the leg work?!! Oh but they would come and confirm it's not working...for a charge!! WOW, such customer service, and you wonder why people are going elsewhere to buy supplies instead of their over priced stuff. Only reason for 2 stars is general supplies close for purchase in a PINCH.

The worst pool service ever a total rip off . I do not recommend this branch here is what happened, I signed a contract with them to maintain my saltwater in ground fiberglass pool . after the first week nothing but problems . the pool turns green week after week I call and spoke with the owner he says he will look into it I call back one of the staff that answered the phone says he is checking the logs and GPS and he is sorry but the tech never showed up they are hearing a lot of that and they may have to fire him. week after week pool is still not properly maintained they just put chlorine you can smell it loaded and they turned off my chlorine generator and never turned it back on when I did it says 75 pounds of salt needed . I send them a email no response so I call and speak to the owner I need a refund for the 80 pounds of salt I had to buy on top of this the algae damaged my pool surface the owner says he is sending someone out to looking see what they can do to fix it probably algae staining , they never call me back and they dont care next thing I know a full monthly charge on my credit card for the month again they are unbelievable ,so I cancelled service. but that does not fix the damage done to the surface of the pool and out of pocket for the salt. you would think if they never showed up three times they would make it rite and credit the account they didn't do the service they should not get paid . I am looking into the legalities of the contract now.
