Wish I could give zero star. I walked into this location at 8:09am waiting to speak to someone. Finally got to speak to David around 8:30am (busy trying to get people to apply for their credit card) I explained what issue I'm experiencing with my vehicle. He took my keys and told me it should be diagnosed by 12pm/1 pm. I left and went to work. Called the office at 2:19pm and was told my car was next. At 4pm my husband called and he was told it was still not checked. My vehicle spent an entire day there and no1 look at it, no communication no empathy.Day spent in high Uber cost. I would not recommend this place. Don't waste your time or money there. 👎👎👎

I would give them a 0 if I could!!. terrible management & customer serv.I made an appt for a simple oil change.I left my car and came bck 2 hours later thinkn I would be pickn it up & on my way,but to my surprise they hadn't done anything!.The ball got rolling only after I voiced by frustration and it still took another hour b4 I had my vehicle!.I doubt if my oil was even changed at all!!.it was a stressful,unpleasant experience!.They won't be seeing me again!.Vanessa Euceda the so called service advisor needs to find a job better suited for her,because it definitely isn't this one!.
