Today, on my second visit for blood work, I once again had the pleasure of having an outstanding phlebotomist by the name of Anna. I absolutely loathe getting my blood taken, as I'm sure I have mentioned in my previous review, but Anna made the process quick and painless - literally. There was definitely no lack of charisma or kindness either. First Visit: I've always been one to have troubles and anxiety getting their blood taken. Therefore, I tend to find a location and phlebotomist I can rely on, and stick with them (or at least the same location). This time around, I was past due on getting my bloodwork, and the only location that had an opening was here. I was skeptical but I didn't have much of a choice. Many of the Quest labs I have been to down here in South Florida have appeared to be overcrowded and dilapidated; it was a pleasant surprise seeing as this location was clean, not too busy, and appeared to have had a recent facelift. My wait time wasn't longer than 15 minutes, and my phlebotomist, Priscilla, was truly impeccable. This time around, I needed 6 vials of blood taken, and I had to fast. Needless to say, it was a rough time for me. I ended up nearly blacking out for about 10 minutes, and Priscilla (as well as all the other phlebotomists) were unbelievably kind, attentive, and quick on their feet. I was given water, a cold napkin for my forehead, and juice (out of my own bag). Every one of them went above and beyond what I would have expected to make sure I was comfortable and OK. The only other phlebotomist's name I took down was Grace, but they all were simply outstanding. I couldn't be more appreciative of the care and attention I was given. The craziest part? The lady who came in before me was verbally abusive to all of them, yet they still treated me and everyone else I saw with respect.

This place is great, fast and efficient. Not sure why people like to complain so much and give bad reviews. Make an appointment online and things go very smooth. Stephanie J was great!
