It is the worst laboratory there is, to make an appointment I have had to lose more than 2 hours, when I am about to be given the appointment they cut the call and I have to waste more time and stop doing other equally important tasks, I lose I had an appointment to work on the 5th of the current day, an employee with a heavy and inexperienced dark complexion told me that I don't have an appointment because she can't find me in the system, she tells me to leave, to make another appointment because nothing appears, I have to go bother another employee and she finds me in the appointments, to serve me they make me wait a long time even with an appointment, other people pass by who have just arrived, the majority of employees are rude, annoying, they do not have patience, they attend without desires as if they weren't earning a salary. There should be another lab near palm springs so I don't have to go to Quest Diagnostic.
