They encourage walk in on the phone, but have a no-walk inside sign inside, which is waste of peoples time to driving.

This is the WORST office ever! There website shows that they are open until 3:30 PM. I arrived shortly before 1 PM and signed in. 10 minutes later I and another customer were told that they closed at 11:30 AM. She was SO AWFULLY RUDE and said I was wrong. Then looked at her phone and realized I was correct. She would not give me her name and then told me that I couldn't cancel. Not only did I cancel with a full refund I got service at LABCORP the same afternoon. This employee is not worth anything to QUEST. Ever! Looks like I am not alone in my review - Most reviews are 1 star!!!!

Yes but service is terrible. I think they overbook at this location then seem always late. Pick another location. My recommendation is they educate the management in customer service. Nothing works.
