Worst experience Ive ever had. They took 4 weeks longer to deliver and refused to fix my glasses. I took my damaged glasses to another store and they fixed them within 5 min. Horrible customer service.

After vision screening i was told to take my son to get a full exam the dr that saw him did not exam him and said yea he needs glasses and based the prescription off the screening test that the school did and when we went to look at frames the lady was with another person and my little guy is 2 so imagine he was curious she looked at him like he was insignificant and noticed I was looking at her and changed her face and acted like nothing and immediately this it was medicaid covers and i wanted to look at options i didn’t mind paying and so i chose ones that fit him without her help and then she pulls some random ones out and said get these and sent them off well guess what when he finally got his glasses he couldn’t see and hated them refused to wear them so we got a second opinion and was prescribed the correct ones and frames for him and he loves his real glasses don’t waist your time here
