Staff continues to be great here. Always kind and courteous, but PJs quality of food product continues it's steady slide downhill. We used to insist on PJs as a Family over other chains, but now we just go with whatever pizza joint has the best deal because PJs isn't anything special like it once was.

!!HEALTH HAZARD!! During a family tragedy we needed to feed allot of poeple fast so we Made an Online order for delivery for five pizzas. Three out of five had multiple LONG DARK HAIRS in them. After poeple started biting in and finding them I Immediately called at 8:40pm to try and return the pizzas and make the store aware of this disgusting issue they answered the phone with “we are completely closed” then said “all I can do is refund your money”... they seriously sounded like they didn’t care nor alarmed. This was not just disgusting but a ridiculous HEALTH HAZARD! I Only took one photo because the guy on the phone said he didn’t need the pictures and couldn’t take back the pizzas.

Customer service is terrible. I placed an order online and after submitting it, it states my order will be 99 minutes. When did delivery ever take that long?? So I contact customer service to cancel, I figure I’ll order dominoes instead, they say I have to call the store….I wait on hold for 30 minutes and no one answers. This is terrible!!

If i could give a zero i would but i have to give a 1star just to post. I ordered a single pizza to my hotel room, it took over a hour to arrive from less than a mile down the road. I tipped the delivery guy and before i could open my box he was gone. It was the wrong pizza, in another customers name. Called back to fix the issue stayed on hold for 20 mins for a guy to ask me if i wanted my pizza or a refund? I said no i want my pizza not a refund. After waiting another hour and have been assured my correct pizza is on its way a no show and the restaurant is now closed with no refund and no decent pizza. Now the pizza i do have is cold and horrible.
