Poor management, getting things repaired when they break is next to impossible, they just give excuses or dont answer. Management doesnt answer when called, and the rent is far to high for the quality of the apartment and for how terrible the management responds to emergencies

No, smoking is not allowed in the apartment building or units.

They do have apartments for rent, but if you want a discount price, you have to go through SIRHA in order to get it. Otherwise, it's expensive to live there.
