I actually felt bad for the employees when we arrived no one was there but bc I have this weird magnetism of some sort meaning I draw people wherever I go and I get swarmed and it's really kinda annoying to say the least, they were hit and then finally seemed to slow down while we were attempting to finish all our food, you don't think there's a lot of food in those little plastic black boxes they use to serve your food but let me tell you I was in a food coma walking out and had to take remainder of our food home, I grade their food a b but presentation a d

Food was ok, the steak was a little over cooked and my hogie was slightly soggy on one end but tasted ok. The staff were ok it just didn't seem to have a good flow.

3 stars because cleanliness is everything and the dining area could have been a bit cleaner than what it was. The ordering counter was clean, The order chef was swift and did a very good job understanding my order. The entire crew behind the counter did an amazing job being friendly and getting me through the line while making sure I had everything I needed and wanted. The crew did a job well done.

I love Pepper Jax, but didn't have the best experience at this location. As a vegetarian, they did kindly offer to clean the grill, but it wasn't as clean as I'm used to seeing it at other locations. They also must have been a bit stressed as the person ringing us up was short with us.
