Terrapin Plumbing was AMAZING! They were able to fix my under the sink leak, the diverter in my shower AND fix a new shower head install (a different guy) that has never worked properly. The fantastic part was the tenacity of the workers to troubleshoot the shower head. German made head was just installed backwards, but it was a tough job under the house to fix it. They just worked a miracle! I will be having them install a tankless water heater ASAP! Extremely reasonable prices for such quality work! Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying we have never needed a plumber before so I was a little confused at the pricing, only to Google the going rate for plumbers as soon as they left and found that I'd been charged exactly that. The service was excellent. One of the actual owners showed up with an assistant, told me exactly what he found to be the problem, fixed it promptly and was on his way in an hour. Would have been quicker but my uncle interrupted them to do his morning biz...haha. Anyway, I can definitely recommend this company. Plumbers aren't cheap so you might as well get what you pay for in skill and professionalism. If we have any other problems this is who I will call.

Tried to make contact for two days. Made contact with a young lady once who said she would get in touch with one of the guys and call us back. That call never came. As a result we spent two nights in a hotel until we could get the problem fixed. Lost time from work and time with my grand daughter. Did not even have the decency to call back to say they couldn’t make it.
