This was actually a really cool place for the kid. I mean, an indoor water park, arcade and restaurant made it unique and fun. A few disappointing moments: vending machines barely work, if at all and the hallways were really warm. Shower in the room had decent water pressure and stayed hot. Beds were comfortable and passed our visual inspection. It was definitely worth the price I paid.

Positive: Super affordable. Amazing pool! Rooms are average. Restaurant and pool bar were pretty good. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly!!!!! Negative: Could have been a little cleaner, some dust build up in corners. Hotel is busy so that can make a difference too though

Stay was ok. The pool and bar were great and fun! Just a few complaints however. Two of the six rooms our group stayed in (131 & 132) had mold/mildew around the caulking on the top side of the bathtub. My major complaint is this morning (Sunday Jan 30 2022) one of the house keepers was trying to peek in the windows to see if the room was empty. I proceeded to tell her that the couple rooms we had were still being occupied and she continued to look. I felt that my privacy was no longer private and that she should’ve knocked instead. Check out is at 12 and multiple times we had people knocking and peeking in to see if we were gone-mind you this was all before 11(started at 8:45). I understand it is a busy and popular place but no one should be rushed to check out before checkout time and if that’s the case make check out earlier. I will also add that I understand with your stay you get pool access the whole time but for the price of the rooms I feel breakfast should be included- which it is not.

I was nervous after reading the reviews. This hotel was great for us. We stayed 2 nights in a pool side suite. Pool was fun, hot tub was great, arcade was fun, restaurant had good food and drinks. The hotel was clean and our room did have a microwave in it. (Some reviews said it didnt).

Driving no problem. If you were gonna a walk this time of year (winter) it might be slightly brutal.
There was not a continental breakfast. There was a restaurant attached to the lobby
Yes...they have a few machines. The room isn't open very late though. We tried at 11pm and the door was locked
You can bring dogs of a certain size unless its a service dog then there is no size restrictions and there is a pet deposit.
What time of the year in the winter I believe they're a dollar or two cheaper as Chad said and also his recommendation of the new Aqua Center is very nice and $4 but limited times
