I've been to several locations to ship my eBay shipments. This one is by far the best location for scan in times. Whether you put it in the Dropbox outside or drop it off at the window you're going to get scanned according to their schedule. Other locations I've gone to I don't see any scans appear for over 24 plus hours. At the front counter the workers have been helpful and able to answer any questions I have quickly. I'm always confident that this location will take care of my needs.

I had a fantastic experience! There was no line at all and the clerk who assisted me was positive and had great customer service. I actually just left the post office and was nervous due to the negative comments on Google. I will definitely be back to this post office since the one in Dacula always has a line and has no customer service.

I had to mail a package today. I don't want to give any stars but I had to rate it. This black woman at the counter did not want to speak to me at all. Her silence spoke louder than words... She just rang the price up and didn't even ask what I need. I had to ask her. I maybe Asian but i speak perfect English. I ran out of tape at home and I asked if I could use her tape and she just point to it. A customer next me kindly offer tape from her purse. Please please please.... DO NOT serve customers if you don't like customer service. Work in the back please!

This is the second time that this happened and I don’t know if they care to better their services or just lazy. I get it that our driveway may take about a minute or 2 for your carriers to get to our house, it’s expected! But lying and saying that we were not home to accept our package is appalling. (I work from home.) We’ve BEEN waiting and tracking 3 weeks for this package and now we have to wait another day. The pink slip was not left at our door; it was left at our mailbox - half a mile away. Truly disappointed and hoping for better results in the future. You SHOULD care about what your community thinks and take steps to do better.
