We had our daughter's 3 year old birthday party here and I was truly trying to like this bowling alley experience. We spoke on the phone before had and she had told me that I could only bring in cake, or cookies nothing else. I will admit that I forgot and we brought in some juice boxes for the kids. The owner was very rude and stated, " I told you on the phone that you could not bring anything else in and you brought in juice boxes" it was almost like a she was reprimandeing me. I told her I was sorry, and that I forgot. Not a big deal, we took them out to the car and put them in the goody bags.They didn't have any ramps for the little kids, and I have NEVER been to a bowling alley that didn't have ramps or slides. Not young kid friendly at all. They had strict rules about one child near the conveyer belt. So the kids couldn't even be together and have fun while bowling. When it was time to pay, I swear that I paid more than needed. They totaled the amount on a piece of paper and crossing things off left and right. They were confused as to who has paid and who hasn't. It was a mess and the owner was rude. I will take the time and the gas to bowl a town over or even in CB or Omaha.
