35 minutes of waiting in line just to get to window and get charged then be told they are out of tenders after the charge. Was able to get refunded. The people were rude and to busy hanging out to do thier job. Acted like we were a inconvenience to them.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 8 pieces of chicken (all dark meat) some fries and Mac and cheese. Got home and they didn’t give me the dark meat it was a mix. The Mac and cheese was cold. I should have gotten pizza. KFC is a little more expensive but they don’t screw up the order. This is not the first time this has happened.

Yes they should be open. I would think they would be closed for Christmas.. YOU can call them to find out or go there, should be a sign posted for the Holiday.
