Took FIVE weeks to get my truck back. Initially told it would take 2 weeks to repair and then the staff kept making excuses as to why the truck wasn't ready for another 3 weeks. No discussion from the staff regarding any delays. Communication was always started by me (phone records to back it up) and the staff never called with updates. I never saw any action until I made a visit to the shop on week 4. To top it all off I still paid full price for the repair. Payment was never an issue and no discussion was ever had about not being in a hurry. Why would I call each week for a status update? If suppliers have shortages then it's on the shop to notify their customer. Communication from this location is subpar. They had my truck fixed in two days but it took FIVE WEEKS to get it back!!!!
