Starbucks is Starbucks-- decent coffee etc, but this place is unkept and grimy. The vents are covered with dust, the tables are neglected and there are no napkins almost ever. See photos.

The workers here just stand around while a pack of customers wait to be acknowledged. I shouldn’t have to wait 5 mins, when you’re not busy at all, in order to to ask for cream and sugar. This isn’t just this location but the majority of the Sarasota area. Starbucks use to be great but now that they only employ children it’s terrible. Get your stuff together!

The customer service at this Starbucks is top-notch, Kathlynn is awesome!!! Remembered my exact order (which is very complicated ) and she’s always so nice and warm, they work really fast and never mess up my orders. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!
