I just had the most HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE with So called cosmetologist Maria, she was totally unprofessional and apparently very upset when I walked in because she mentioned she was getting ready to leave. I only needed my dead ends trimmed, when I told her I didn't need my hair shampooed but needed it conditioned she told me to sit at her chair, I said aren't you going to condition my hair which she replies she was going to use a spray bottle. I told her my hair doesn't cut right with a spray bottle that it needed to be wet and conditioned, I proceed to the shampoo station where she literally just wet my ends!! I again told her I wanted my whole head rinsed and conditioned, I get in her chair and she barely combs my hair than proceeds to cut, again I told her it needed to be combed and and asked for a brush and combed it myself because Apparently that was too much to ask of maria!! She didn't section my hair out or even ask how I style or part it, She didn't even bother putting clips in my hair, just threw my hair on top of my head, when I asked if they had clips she told me they did with a major attitude!!! When she finished she gave me the mirror which implies to me she was finished. I looked on the ground and their literally was a couple strands of hair she cut, when I asked how much for the cut I was told $18.00 dollars , I told the other women there she barely cut my hair, to which maria started freaking out and screaming at me in the middle of the store stating she wasn't finished with my hair, well generally when a hairstylist hands you a mirror and heads to the counter for payment that tells most normal people they are finished with your hair!! I left with my hair soaking wet and don't know the severity of the damage maria has done!!! She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't be surprised that she didn't get her cosmotolgy license from a cracker jack box!!! This woman should not be cutting hair and needs to be reprimanded immediately If not fired for the way I was treated and screamed at!!! Needless to say I will never step foot in this salon again!!! Date of incident March 15, 2022 Appointment time 2:30pm By the picture I posted she did a horrible job and it's uneven!!

Enjoyed my appointment with Nikki! I needed a shampoo & trim for my natural (African American) hair - she came through RIGHT ON TIME.

The WORST haircut I have ever received. A complete hatchet job. I will be returning to get a refund on the $60 I spent on this as I will have to go spend more money to get this mess fixed.
