Circle K is the only 24 hour gas station with a very, very large convenience store in the NW end of Hickory. It is well liter night and has a very large covering over the gas pumps so you won't get soaked if the weather is bad. It is well stocked with diverse merchandise that you probably can't get anywhere else on 2nd & 3rd shift. Since COVID-19 began this store has been open all of the time. Now a mask is required to go into the store. The employees are constantly cleaning surfaces, door handles, etc., emptying trash receptacles when they are not waiting on customers. I have NEVER had any problems at this store with the staff! But I have to say that I have seen a few extremely rude and abusive customers, mostly during 2nd & 3rd shifts. They were still treated with respected by the employees. Also I have watched regular customers take up for the employees. It is a great place to go! Enjoy your visit.
