It was okay, service was really slow. Food really wasn't anything to brag about. In fact myfilet was pretty burnt! Our waiter was really nice, but he was spread pretty thin. He was serving tables in all corners of the restaurant. And the restaurant wasn't very clean. Probably not going back.

Had to wait in car if there's a waiting list. They would get your phone number and call you and let you know your table was ready. Had every other table out of service. Wait staff wore a mask... My sister and I felt very safe...
Absolutely not! No one should have to pay for food that you can't eat. But I would see how the manager would try to fix the situation before getting upset. I feel that the perfect solution would have been for them to redo the meal and then give it to you for free because now you have to wait more time for the same food you originally ordered!!!!!! Hope things work out better for you in the future!!!!!!!!!
