Dr.Bello is always kind and compassionate. My aunt loves him dearly. He always explains to her what the plan is and she trust him explicitly. He always gives her time to talk and he listens and makes her feel safe.

Was insulted by the doctor because I am completely frustrated with her practice for not addressing my grandson's developmental needs. After calling the office multiple times for months and given incorrect information and disconnected phone numbers I was told by the doctor's nurse she could not find anyone to refer him to. She can't find anyone in all of NC to refer him to??? When seen by the doctor in my car yesterday the issue was still not addressed even though I gave the doctor a list of concerns. You get paid by insurance for services rendered. Its your job; not a favor for me. My special needs grandchildren are being FAILED miserably!
