The staff is great but the manager Charles is an absolute jerk! While ordering inside the restaurant this manager proceeded to chastise an employee in front the the customers. Truly unexeptable behavior in a work place by a manager. I have 17+ years in the customer service industry and I had to hold my tongue as I wanted so badly to correct his poor managerial behavior. If correction is needed this should be done out of the customer's view or hearing. I consider this work abuse. I would suggest that the franchise owners do some correction of their own!

Today I got two sandwiches and a fry. One sandwich was the wrong sandwich. Half way threw, I stopped. Something was crunchy?! Opened up the sandwich that was already wrong and noticed what looked to be a handful of chips in the middle. Why are there chips on a burger. Nothing about the burger was appealing and so it went into the trash. I'm not sure how hard it is to read a receipt before handing food to someone so to all that read this, check your order before you leave as you to could get a wrong order, even if it looks correct, double check, open all sandwich, everything. No point to waste 18$ on food just to toss in the trash. Best of luck.
