I ordered from them online on a Thursday night, ended up ordering wrong thing( bad on my part) tried calling them next morning & they are closed on Fridays, which they have not changed hours of business on website. Spoke with them 1st thing Monday morning & they canceled my my order & said I would have refund back on my card 6- 9 business days. It's been 2wks & I have yet received it back, called them today & found out it was canceled but they failed to issue the refund & the only person that can do it is on vacation so I will have to wait til next tMonday! Very dissatisfied with this! Over $900+ that I desperately need back!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. I know that covid has caused a lot of problems with shipping, but their website shows them having the steps I ordered in stock and ready to ship so I ordered them I was willing to pay the $250 shipping I just got off the phone with their customer service department after receiving an email saying if I got my merchandise or not spoke to a sharina, she told me it was on back order, and not sure how long because they don't know what's on their shipments??

Terrible customer service. Attempted to return a product and they gave different information each time calling resulting in the $500 product to now be a paper weight in my garage. Thanks for nothing.
