I have been a Patient at this place for years. It has changed management several times since I've been there. It gets progressively worse every time this happens. I had an appointment today as I am currently under the doctors care for my conditions. I was seen a few weeks ago with no problem. Today when I get there they spring a two year old bill on me that I new nothing about. It wasn't mentioned on my last visit, nor have I received any type of bill for it. I didn't have the money to pay today so the receptionist told me that I wouldn't be able to see the doctor. He said that he would check with management and let me know if I could be seen. So I had a seat and waited. Finally he comes back and says that I cant be seen without payment on that 2 year old bill that I knew nothing about. Keep in mind that I am currently under the doctors care and my meds. need to be evaluated and or adjusted. The whole while I'm waiting, my anxiety is beginning to really flare up. I can't sit still, my palms are sweaty, I feel flustered, and my heartbeat is racing. One of the reasons I came to see her in the first place is because of this very issue. I informed them that I was having a panic attack and they told me to drive myself to the emergency room to seek treatment. Needless to say I don't even remember the drive home but I'm sure it was anything but safe. When I got home I had to lie down for a while to get myself under control, as well as resort to unconventional treatment of the issue which I am trying very hard to get away from. I will be seeking a better provider for sure.

I have been a patient at this medical group for years and have never had a problem. Ever since my provider left I have been very disappointed in their ability to fill prescriptions, stay on top of labs, and answer questions. This medical group has gone down hill fast. Theres only one provider still there that I would trust, she is Sarah but she's not taking new patients at this time. I will be finding a more reliable and professional medical facility to take me and my family on as new patients.
