I went in to the SS office this week. I talked to the most rudest lady I have talked to in my life. Where do they find these people. In the past I have been in their twice, the nicest most helpful women you could ever hope to talk to, not this time. She must of been the maid. Not helpful and couldnt answer the questions. Just says, is that all you need.

Some in the Elizabeth City office need to go back to school and learn how to estimate. Our local office is still closed to the public but our children are back at school. Why are these people in this office so rude and unhappy ? This office is full of unprofessional people.

~ I Was Accused Of Trying To Commit Tax Fraud and Hung Up On! Wow, Just Wow! ~ ~ You should hire more men, so when a dad calls to get his son's Social Security Number to open a Savings Account for him, the father will less likely be accused of being a Dead Beat Dad trying to commit Tax Fraud. Then told she won't help and hang up in his face. ~ I have legal custody because were married, she cut me out his life in spite when I moved out, because she refused to go to Marriage Counseling. She stop letting me see him, talk to him, then moved and got a "new dad", all without a Divorce. Because we're married we have equal custody, therefore she didn't kidnap him. ~ None of this is your business, but the point is not all men are Dead Beats. Women can be the horrible person too. In fact she was the one scamming the system, when we lived together and I paid the bills she filed taxes as if she was taking care of him alone. I didn't know until she got mad I was claiming him too, jointly, as a married couple should. You don't know my story lady, don't assume. ~ P.S. From reading other reviews, clearly men are treated differently than women when they call in. Whoever this lady is, if you care at all, consider giving her another job...like filing paperwork.

Got to go back to ss so they can fix it. I deal with alot of j1 students and I know they ask you to check it to make sure its correct b4 they submit anything but could have been a typing error
