This store is under remodeling and currently is a mess. Supplies are low and its not a pleasant shopping experience. That aside, on 2 separate occasions I have purchased items which were identified as buying 4 or more and getting a $5 Target gift card. On both occasions the cashier wasn’t aware of the incentive and I had to ask for the gift card. Also on both occasions the items purchased for the gift card promotion rang up differently at the register than the price posted at the item. The items in both instances were NOT on sale and they were NOT on clearance. The price tag was clearly marked and visible. In both cases it took quite some time for customer service to check the prices to verify only to acknowledge the price was in fact marked differently than it was ringing up. In both cases the employees seemed bothered and inconvenienced for doing their jobs. This isn’t and shouldn’t be my problem but each time its been made to be my problem. ***Check you receipt and review what you are charged!***

i was short on time on saturday June 4th, and i didn’t have the time to go in and shop myself. The team member who brought out my order’s name was alyssa and she was very nice and was out by herself in the pouring rain. it’s not easy to be happy and sweet while being in a torrential downpour, but she was. the experience was top tier and i will for sure be doing it again

My family was literally followed to our car from the inside of the store all the way to our car by a worker at closing time after purchasing a cart full of items. When I confronted the man who was only a few steps away from my children that it was odd, he only said that he was coming to get our cart so no one steals it. All he had to do was wait for us to finish using our cart and return it to the cart stall. It was very creepy to have someone standing right behind us as we were unloading our cart and trying to get our kids in the car in the dark parking lot. I've never experienced such an odd behavior at any store, this was not ok.

While I’ve had a great shopping experience thus far last night was a nightmare. While I currently have a newborn, I like to take advantage of using “target drive-up” to avoid the hassle of going inside, and spending a vast amount of time trying to find all my items. Therefore, “target drive-up” has been a life saver. Last night however I pulled into the driving space, and waited for at least 15 minutes, with my LO . With a fussy baby, I then decided to come back the next day this time I attempted to go inside. After, telling the customer service desk that I was here last night in an attempt to pick up my bags, their response was “that’s very odd”, No very “even”, as if I was lying. Let’s start with taking accountability …Atleast say I apologize something... Horrible customer service

A Beach store would be better place for those shirts Target did not have a big enough selection for me.
