I had Doctor Kimber Henry. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I’m 37 years old and I deal with diabetes and have had to deal with multiple doctors. This was my best experience with a doctor in my entire life! Oic really stepped their game up with this one!

Incompetence at its finest. I went for an appointment on 4/7/22. Confirmed thru my insurance provider as well as OIC’s billing department that my payment would be 0 at no cost since this was an yearly appointment. Checked out was still told that I didn’t owe a dime. Two weeks later I received a call stating there was a balance on my account. I immediately called BCBS and was asked what services were preformed only to find out that the codes sent by billing were for services NOT RENDERED!!! I’ve been calling for a OVER a month and finally someone called after I asked the receptionist could she send an email marked HIGH PRIORITY. A lady called just to tell me I had a balance. I let her know that BCBS found codes for services not preformed, and that they were trying to get in contact with the office to resolve the situation. Again…payment has not been resolved. Today 6/22 BLUE CROSS decided that enough was enough. After failed attempts of contacting OIC and the codes are still on my bill to turn everything over to the fraud dept for investigation. Let’s see how this goes. How can you blatantly charge me for a service that was never rendered, and not correct your mistakes? Simple….it wasn’t a mistake, and they will get over if they think they can. I advise anyone with insurance to just check in to make sure that you are being charged properly. Obviously I wasn’t, and they know it so now they’re avoiding me & the insurance company. Let’s see can they avoid the FRAUD department because as of today I’m DONE with OIC!!!

I'm so sick of this clinic, I've going here for years & they fail me more often than they help. Doctor be gone for months at a time. How you be a doctor and be gone more than you in office. After over 11yrs or more I'm changing doctors. I'm so disappointed in this clinic & most people that go here is our brown people & really don't have a choice.
