Highly annoying. The process takes way too long. Theyll tell you that they need one thing and then you're done and when you give it to them, they'll say they need something else. They hardly ever answer their phone. Which is inconvenient and inconsiderate considering they're only open Tuesday and Thursday. They hardly ever give you any updates willingly. You have to be the one to constantly and repeatedly ask.

I liked the location and the fact it's kinda quiet but when it rains it flood bad . There is no full time office staff or no one in the office except 2 days a week. Rent drop off is a 30minute drive instead of a drop box on property and they do inspections every 6 weeks. They go in drawers cabinets and even make notes of what type of sex clothes are in the closets . No amenities
