I was originally going to see if I needed one of the Cleaners- NO by warranty and since he was not busy he gave me lots of information and advice that was beyond helpful! I got on my cruise ship in New York and forgot a critical piece of my CPAP. I found this store while at sea and texted them. Ritchie almost immediately responded and let me know he would have my part ready for me when my boat docked at Port Canaveral. I took an Uber to his store and 15 minutes later i arrived to find he had exactly the part i needed as well as a few other options. I was happy to buy everything he suggested and had a wonderful cruise! Thanks again Ritchie! You saved our vacation!
