Yes, RCT will setup an appointment to come out to do an assessment on your network and all your peripherals and provide a written quote on recommendations we make. Depending on your network size, depends on the cost of the assessment. We here at RCT understand that cost of equipment can be scary, however a plan set in phases helps with the out-of-pocket cost all at once. If your company decides to accept our quote and recommendations, the cost of the assessment will be deducted from the quote once the quote is signed and returned. The quote will state the assessment would be deducted from the cost of the quote once accepted, signed and returned to RCT.

Yes, we do work on personal computers. However we are out of the office most days between 9 to 5. You can call or text and we can setup a time and date to come out and repair your computer.

Rooks Computer Technologies' does not have a store front or walk-in customers. RCT caters to businesses on premise. RCT goes to the business to provide IT services.
