These are the kindest and most efficient people. I came in with my 2016 SMART for Two because the tire pressure indicator light wouldn’t go off. I checked the pressure in all tires, and it was fine, so I thought it was a faulty sensor. They checked it, reset my sensor, and the light was off. All tires were fine, and all sensors were fine. I asked how much I owed for the inspection and reset, and every person in there said nothing. I assure you, no one helps someone for nothing these days…years ago yes, but not now. It gave me the biggest smile. I have used mavis for a tire as well as brakes and rotors, and they have always been honest and fair. I love this little company!

Quick service and friendly staff. I brought three camper tires here to get balanced. They got it done while I waited. Dustin was my service tech and he not only unloaded the tires for me, but also reloaded them into my truck after he finished the work. It was super nice of him and I greatly appreciate it. I'd recommend this shop to friends and it's in a good location right off 17 in Richmond Hill.

Super great service. Was driving through from Ohio to FL and popped a valve stem. They fixed it up for me quick and were really nice about it. I was crying because overwhelmed and pregnant 😅 the tire didn’t hold air though, so on my way back through from FL to Ohio they replaced the tire for me for free! Customer service was great. Took longer than I had hoped for both times but it’s because they were so busy. Prices are reasonable for the area as far as I can tell

I had just gotten back from Atlanta and a man alerted me my passenger side rear tire was low. I pulled into the air pump and by the time I walked around the car it was flat. I pumped it back up and drove directly to Mavis Tire in Richmond Hill. Dre helped me and was courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. The service was quick and they patched my tire rather than replace it so they aren't hustlers. Honest, fast and reliable work. Highly recommend!
