i was recently employed by Penmac at a certain position. About a month in I was told I was going to start doing a different job (in the same place) but come time to get hired on it would be in the new position which pays a lower hired on rate. I'm pretty sure this didnt have anything to do with Penmac themselves, so it could potentially be the places of employment them selves that the reviews referred to. I had no isses with Penmac at all. Hope this helps.
