Terrible 😢 old fashioned and slow service when it comes to needing anything right away this is a no go online service is VERY BASIC no response to your online messages and no ability to do anything over the phone on weekends AT ALL if you move away from the area LEAVE THE BANK they do not care to service your needs unless you come to them

Telco Credit Union is able to handle all of your banking needs. They are always pleasant to deal with and have been my go to for some impressive CD rates, and they are usually strong in the competition for auto loan rates. I'd fully recommend Angie Harris the branch manager, or the rest of the staff, as they are without a doubt world class. If you are looking for a positive institution that will want to get to know and help you as a person and with your finances, this is one of your better options.

I open a checking account 3 months ago never received my bank every time I call too check on my card I was told it take 10 DAY'S too receive my card that was 4 month. Now call today 12/31/19 and still NO CARD. slow to return your calls
