Doesn't answer the phone, doors were locked before 3pm.....drove 2 hours to get there. Was disappointed.

Really wish I would’ve read the reviews first, but I went off of gut feeling! This is my 5th liquidation warehouse, and by far the worst experience yet! They said the merchandise comes straight to them packaged as is, however, I believe they definitely open and pick through each pallet. Every box on my pallet was opened and retapped. There was no way of seeing what could possibly be in the boxes, because they had all readable bar codes torn off, and pictureless boxes. When I was finally able to get into the boxes, I realized I spent $300 on this pallet, and it’s a bust!!!!!!! I’ll be shocked if I make $100 of it back. Paid $400 for a pallet that doesn’t even have $400 worth of merchandise on it!!!!!!!! Something has to be done about this, because these have to be criminal acts!!!!!!!!!!
