If you are looking for some hiking in the woods close to town this is it. You can hike the dirt trails in the woods or stay on paved road to the top of the hill. Plenty of dirt trails to hike. If you take the paved, follow it to the water tower and antennas at the top. There's a fence but to the right you can walk around it.

Nice trail with good inclines. A bit narrow in places & could use more signage where trails meet.

Well marked trail, not as challenging as described. Historic overlook toward the pinnacle, aside from that fell short of Google review expectations.

There are multiple trails to take so you could make it as short as you want and all total probably 3-4 miles all connected. Some areas you could bike on but best for walking.
