I am disappointed..I have purchased furnitures of around $8500 to setup my new house and asked them to send the items on one delivery day ,they gave a month end date which was still OK and I planned my move around that. On the delivery date, I have found many items missing and after calling I came to know that they can't deliver those until next month ..no prior communication at all. I just hope they delivery those remaining items soon and I am never going back to this store to purchase any furniture in future.

One of the worst delivery experiences and customer service experiences I've EVER had. I will never go back again. I reached out to them at the time of purchase and expressed my concerns and nothing was done. So writing me back on this review is not going to do me any good.
