Barefoot Marina - Boat Rentals

Rented a pontoon boat. 1st problem- was supposed to have navigation and did not. 2nd problem- rented a water mat that broke the minute my son got on- the rope to hold it broke rendering it useless. 3rd problem- and this is a BIG SAFETY issue! The boat had no ladder to get back in.. we were anchored and getting back on the boat after we were in was near impossible as we were in 8 feet of water and had to try n pull ourselves up! When we called to ask them where the ladder was they said there wasn’t one. When we got back they laughed about it then proceeded to tell my husband they were on order! How do you rent a boat with no ladder to get on without at least TELLING the person renting it!!! No apology not a thing to try n make it right! I will NEVER use or recommend your company to anyone!!!

Had a wonderful half day on the pontoon with the family. The folks here are very friendly and helpful. It was closer to the inlet than the other places we have rented at the Dunes which gave us more play time. - cost was better too!

Had a blast on the water with my friends and Captain Heath. Friendly and amazing service. Took us out all day and had an amazing, fun time. Would definitely rebook again and highly recommend Barefoot Marina.
